Well now you can with our awesome new chemistry guide. Firstly, here is a quick guide to what chemistry can do to a team.
Good Chemistry:
- Makes your players in-game stats go up a little bit which will make them better players.
- Players will have higher awareness of where others are which means much better passes.
- Players positioning goes up by a lot.
- Your team can compete with anyone.
Bad Chemistry:
- Your players feel much slower than their actual stats, meaning teams with pace will thrash you.
- Your players will never make good runs.
- Passes will be wayward and off target.
- Your team could lose to just about anyone.
And here is a squad with bad chemistry.

As you can see, the team with better chemistry have more green lines connecting players, and all of the players are in the same position. On the team with worse chemistry, some players are out of position, thus bringing the team chemistry down.
Another part of chemistry and probably the most important is formations. A players formation can be the difference between a squad with 99 chemistry and a squad with 54 chemistry. In the top picture, all of the players are in the correct formation, meaning that they will most likely get 9 chemistry. In the picture below, some players are in the same formation, which is a 3-5-2, but others are not in the correct formation, thus bringing down the squad chemistry and most likely being the reason between winning more than losing. If you had two even players against each other, one with the good chemistry bronze squad, and one with the amazing but poor chemistry gold squad, the bronze one would most likely win.
Another way to make your squads chemistry high is to buy players from the same country or league. Buying players that are from the same country will help your chemistry massively because there will be a green bar connecting them, making there chemistry very solid.
Buying players from the same league works as well, but if they're not all from the same club, you have to make sure that you buy them in the same formation to ensure you get the maximum chemistry from

Managers are the last thing to talk about. They can be the reason between your squad having 90 chemistry and 100. If you buy a manager in the right formation, he can bring a squad with mediocre chemistry to an outstanding chemistry.
That wraps is up for the chemistry guide. Good luck trading!
